ABOUT
I have been active in engineering and technology for over 20 years. My professional journey began in the automotive industry – since 2002, I have worked in development and project roles for Daimler AG and its subsidiaries, mainly in Germany, where I lived for more than a decade. Working on international projects within both German and Czech teams has given me not only deep technical know-how, but also valuable experience in cross-disciplinary and cross-cultural collaboration.
Today, I build on this background in a new context – focusing on the development of international partnerships, particularly in the field of hydrogen technologies and smart mobility. I draw on both my technical expertise and my ability to connect stakeholders across markets, languages, and industries.
In the course of my career, I have been involved in projects ranging from the development of chassis components for passenger cars and trucks, to the design of a 6-cylinder petrol powertrain for passenger vehicles, work on hybrid drives, and testing of components for the aerospace industry, including the development of cargo restraint systems for Airbus aircraft. A significant part of my professional path, however, has been dedicated to hydrogen technologies – for eight years I actively worked on the development of H₂ powertrains for both passenger and commercial vehicles. This work resulted in an international patent. For me, hydrogen is not just a technical topic but a personal motivation – I see long-term meaning and future in it.
This experience opened the door to further projects beyond the automotive sector. I took part in building strategic partnerships in Germany for a major Czech energy company – with the aim of preparing infrastructure suitable for future operation on pure hydrogen. As part of this cooperation, I also provided expert support in preparing bid documentation for the planned construction of a hydrogen production facility and refuelling station for a Slovak power plant. These activities enabled me to expand into the gas and energy sectors and gain further insight into the transition to zero-emission technologies.
I began my career as a design engineer, later working in development, feasibility studies, and project management. My work has always involved not only technical expertise but also intensive communication – with customers, suppliers, and internal teams. Presentations, implementation of changes, responsibility for development components, and prototype testing have accompanied me for nearly two decades. Today, I aim to pass on this experience – helping Czech and German companies develop technical solutions, explore new markets and partnerships, and contribute to a smoother transition towards sustainable technologies.
